首先，什么时候域名黑名单。Spamhaus 域名黑名单 （DBL） 是声誉不佳的域名列表。它以域 DNSBL 格式发布。这些域信誉是根据许多因素计算的，并维护在数据库中，而数据库又为 DBL 区域本身提供数据。检查域名是否在黑名单：https://check.spamhaus.org/
如果域名在黑名单，正常情况下可以通过申述找回。
给大家一个申述模板供参考：
To the Spamhaus Team:
I am writing to request the removal of my domain, mydomain.com, from your Block List Database (BDL).
I understand that my domain is newly registered, and this may have triggered your spam filters. However, I can assure you that I will never use this domain to send spam.
I have taken the following steps to prevent spam:
1. I use a reputable email service provider.
2. I have implemented a strict anti-spam policy.
3. I regularly monitor my domain and IP address for suspicious activity. I believe that my domain poses no threat to the internet community. Therefore, I kindly request that you remove it from your BDL.
If you require any further information, please do not hesitate to contact me. Thank you for your time and consideration. Sincerely,

通常他们会在24小时内回复，如果解除成功会有如下回复:
Thank you for contacting Spamhaus DBL Removals,
We have reset the reputation score for emailsfly.com and it is no longer listed in the DBL. There are no whitelists. If the domain reputation falls again, the domain will be re-listed.
It will be removed from our database shortly. It should only take a few minutes, but some networks may lag up to 24 hours in removing domains from their local systems. If the listing remains active after 24 hours, please contact us.
